Purchased a triplex. Large 2,500 SF, with a 2/1 on the main floor and two 1/1’s upstairs. Two-car garage outside. About a 5-10 minute walk from St. Cloud University, just south of downtown (a few nice microbreweries and such nearby), and across the street from a very large and nice park. Feeling pretty happy with the purchase and managed to find a good PM to work with me on this whole process.

Setting up the business in the US from out of the country took jumping over a lot bumps, but now this first property is bought, the next one will be so much easier! It’ll be the first of many! Thanks to Dustin Heiner who was there to set our mind at ease from time to time haha! You’re the best!

6 units overall. I’ve been watching this property since it was listed in March 2022. If I hadn’t been watching Zillow, I wouldn’t have seen them drop the price significantly and been placing an offer the same day. Even if a deal doesn’t happen now, who knows what can happen later if you’re patient.

Two years of a lot of work and PATIENCE! God willing this will be the first of many! I remember when we saw pictures of Charles Rose Jr. and his beautiful wife signing their first deal here on this Facebook group and a year and a half ago we thought we were so far from that, but here we are… posting our picture.

As Dustin brought it up during Rewbcon, if 1 person can do it, (I) we can do it! And if WE can do it… that’s right, be encouraged! You can do it, too!
