The Master Passive Income way is to NEVER get paid an hourly wage again. I personally spend just 3 hours to buy a rental property and let it work for me.

1. Cash Flow - Money that goes into your pocket EVERY month

2. Equity Capture - Equity (money) you gain when you buy a property below the market value

3. Equity Buildup - Equity made as your tenants pay down your mortgage

4. Forced Appreciation - Fix up the property to make it worth more than what you bought it.

5. Market Appreciation - Value of the property goes up over time

When you have a job, you put in an hour of work and get an hour’s worth of wages in return. If you don’t work, you don’t get paid.

Passive Income is not easy.

It does take a lot of learning and hard work. We have all been educated to be employees who earn a wage for someone else.

Passive income does not happen quickly, nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It takes time and knowledge to build a profitable passive income business.
